Responsibilities

Personnel Management : screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff; conduct performance reviews; enforce company policies.

Financial Management : achieve optimal net operating income; develop budgets / forecasts; oversee rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting.

Strategic Leasing Management : develop marketing plans, execute leasing strategies, manage resident complaints, and implement retention programs.

Administrative & Maintenance Management : ensure accurate reporting, lead emergency response, monitor service requests, maintain property appearance, and manage vendor relationships.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or four‑year housing industry experience preferred.

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Basic computer skills and on‑site software proficiency required.

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

Regular communication with others; repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions; ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights.

Frequent standing or sitting; occasional ladder, stairs, scaffold, or ramp use; lifting up to 25 lbs.; exposure to various environmental conditions.

License / Equipment

Reliable transportation required for emergency on‑call duties.

Compensation

Salary Range : $65,000 per year.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, commission and performance bonuses (when applicable), paid sick days, and company holidays.
