Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical and therapy field, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and other referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential referral sources, including pediatricians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals and community organizations.
• Present and promote Divine Steps Therapy’s services to potential partners.
• Track outreach activities and follow up consistently to secure referrals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of referred clients.
• Represent Divine Steps Therapy at networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
