LHH Recruitment (Houston team) is seeking a detail-oriented  Data Entry Clerk  to support HR file management and onboarding processes. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality. You’ll be working onsite in a business casual environment (jeans welcome!) and collaborating with the HR team to ensure accurate and compliant personnel records.

Part-Time Data Entry Clerk – HR Files

Location :  Greenspoint – Houston, TX (100% Onsite)

Schedule :  Tuesday – Thursday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Contract :  Through End of Year

Pay Rate :  $18 – $19 / hour

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update employee data in HR systems and spreadsheets

Scan, upload, and organize digital personnel files

Maintain and label physical employee records

Verify data accuracy and cross-check against source documents

Assist with onboarding tasks using ADP, Groundworks, and SharePoint

Support HR with administrative duties and audits

Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; HR or admin coursework preferred

Experience in data entry, clerical work, or HR support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Additional Info

Interview Format :  Teams interview with Operations Manager

Pre-employment Requirements :  Background check and drug screen

Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
