LHH has partnered with an exceptional healthcare company in Northern Virginia to identify a Senior Finance Manager! This role will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and actionable insights that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP.
Utilize Oracle ERP for financial data integrity, consolidation, and reporting.
Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with corporate objectives.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA / CFA preferred.
8+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and financial reporting.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
