What You Will Do :

• Lead management of Electrical Engineering Labs and Test Engineering's support of production programs
• Work with the department manager to help staff multiple programs, control overhead costs, develop and deliver employee performance reviews, and lead audit participation
• Provide support to management at the HW leadership level and the engineering level
• Lead a sphere of up to 20 employees who will depend on the leader's leadership to guide their careers and to maximize their potential and effectiveness.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
