Bachelor of Science in a technical area and at least 1 year of experience in a laboratory / R&D setting following written procedures and working collaboratively with a team.
Title : Product Development / Lab Tech
Duration : 12+ months Contract (Possibility of extension or conversion)
Location : Brea, CA 92821
Shift Hours : 7-3 : 30 PM (Monday Friday)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.
- Produces engineering document, reports, and drawings (flow charts, block diagrams and schematics).
- Prepares reports and summaries, including quantitative analysis.
- Provides completion of technical tasks.
- Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.
- Helps scope equipment for use and complete qualifications
- Works with team to on general lab functions; including calibration, implementation of safety procedures, and routine equipment maintenance.
