What You’ll Do
- Lead complex divorce and family law matters from client intake through strategy, discovery, negotiation, trial, and settlement
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Oversee case staffing, workflow efficiency, and quality control
- Engage prospective high-end clients in intake meetings and serve as a firm's strategic representative
- Develop firm-wide best practices, support business development, and refine operational systems

Compensation :
160,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 7+ years of substantive divorce / family law experience, with exposure to high-asset and complex casesProven supervisory or leadership experience managing legal teams or associatesExcellent communication, trial preparation, and client counseling skillsTech-forward mindset; familiarity with practice-management systems, digital workflows, and efficient project deliveryPassion for delivering empathetic, strategic advocacy in emotionally sensitive casesQualifications :
