ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Builder Helper, you'll support the installation of custom patio enclosures, screen systems, and louvered roofs. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and opportunities to grow into a lead role over time. Youll assist on job sites, help prep materials, and ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

WHAT YOULL DO

Assist with framing, screening, and installing louvered roof systems
Cut and prepare materials under supervision
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
Follow safety protocols and work closely with your supervisor
Help maintain tools and stock vehicles
Support warehouse and occasional trade show setup as needed
Local travel to job sites required

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Were looking for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable working outdoors, following direction, and taking pride in high-quality work. The ideal candidate will :

Have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license

Be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding, outdoor work

Show up consistently and on time

Be willing to learn new skills and follow instructions

Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Be comfortable using tools and working on ladders

Pay attention to detail and care about doing the job right

Have experience in construction or landscaping work (preferred but not required)

WHAT WE OFFER

16-18 / hour, with opportunity for increases based on performance and growth
