Position Summary

DaVita is seeking a strategic and proactive Director of Communications to lead initiatives that bolster the company’s reputation and advance key business priorities. This role will oversee core functions including media relations, executive communications, and thought leadership, with a focus on engaging influential audiences such as payors, policymakers, physicians, and investors.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned communicator with a strong grasp of healthcare dynamics, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives that drive understanding and action.

Key responsibilities include :

Strategic Communications & Reputation Management

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that support DaVita’s business goals and enhance its reputation across key external audiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for proactive storytelling and strategic positioning.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging issues to inform messaging and engagement strategies.

The Salary Range for the role is $100,100.00 - $147,000.00 per year.
