Portfolio Management Assistant
At Regions, the Portfolio Management Assistant supports the Asset Management business segment in administering accounts and servicing customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answers phones and assists the local Portfolio Manager with clients requests for information
- Creates and binds mailing correspondence and presentations
- Creates new business proposals and processes AUM reports
- Creates ROADS performance reports, Investment Scorecard reports, benchmark maintenance and report format changes
- Prepares APX reports for portfolio manager review
- Assists with Portfolio deconstructions
- Performs Oneview CRM system maintenance
- May process service requests, cash raises, or other basic trades under the supervision of the PM
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field orHigh School Diploma and two (2) years of relevant Wealth Management or banking experienceSkills and Competencies
Ability to manage a calendarAbility to request deconstructions, Morningstar reports, consolidated scoreboards, Fi360 reportsAbility to review AUM reports and highlight specifics for Portfolio Managers to reviewExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh time management and organizational skillsKnowledgeable of graphical statements, gain / loss reports, schedule of maturities, and transaction reportsKnowledgeable of more specific functions on ADDVantage for client needs such as : Forms : MPF, IV, SCIP, CM (and SMAC SEL & BUY), ROADS Account Opening, Mutual Fund Reg Code Change, Models, and Advent Datafeed On & Off Cash ProjectionMicrosoft Word, Excel (including mail merge), and PowerpointTyping / 10 Key skills with attention to grammar and spellingThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
Job Range Target :
Minimum : $42,075.00 USD
Median : $51,543.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans : This job is not incentive eligible.
