Job Location : Columbia, Missouri

What You Will Be Doing :

Guide and facilitate a program across multiple teams and with business partners.

What We're Looking For :

• Typically requires 1-5 years of agile project delivery experience, including at least a year in a team leadership role.
• Program or project management certifications, that demonstrates ability to lead large efforts effectively, help groups collaborate, and continuously improve.
• Demonstration of strong teamwork and decision-making skills.
• Thorough analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
• Responsible for highly accurate work and attention to details.
• Proven emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Thorough business acumen in your area, or the ability to learn, to understand and contribute in business conversations with assigned team.
• Thorough technical acumen in your area, or the ability to learn, to assist on technical tasks for assigned team(s) as needed.
• Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies and provides effective training to assigned program on Enterprise Portfolio Standards.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
