Job Summary

The Restoration General Manager (GM) will oversee the daily operations of our Client's Orlando, FL branch, ensuring operational efficiency, financial health, and exceptional service delivery. This leadership role involves managing various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and emergency response services, while fostering a positive team-oriented culture aligned with our Client's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development :

Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

Lead emergency response efforts for disaster-affected properties.

Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
