Clinical Liaison

Overview

At Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. At our 50-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the Kern County and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s / he meets admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
