HVAC Field Supervisor- Commercial / Health Care Mechanical HVAC Installer

Pay :  $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job description :

As a HVAC Mechanical Field Supervisor at Odyssey Mechanical, you will play a key leadership role on residential and / or commercial job sites, ensuring high-quality work, team productivity, and compliance with codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, supervise, and support  a team of plumbers and technicians on active job sites
• Be  hands-on  when needed to support the team and meet project deadlines
• Read and interpret  blueprints, job specifications, and applicable plumbing codes to ensure accurate installation of systems
• Ensure all work complies with  building codes, permits , and  safety guidelines
• Conduct  site inspections , identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and provide effective technical solutions
• Train, mentor, and coach  team members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and overall productivity
• Manage  multiple projects and teams  efficiently, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain a  professional and positive attitude , representing Odyssey Mechanical on job sites and with clients
• Coordinate  work effectively with other trades and communicate with project managers to maintain project schedules
