Our Business Leadership team serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and acts as the quarterback within the agency. We uncover needs, shape strategies, and bring together cross-functional teams to deliver bold, measurable results. Business leaders here dont just solve problemsthey build partnerships that transform categories and make space for brave ideas to thrive.
HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Business Director, youll be both partner and driverleading client engagements, building trust at every level, and ensuring DNA&STONE delivers ideas and results that matter.
Your success depends on Radical Empathyfeeling what your clients feel, bringing clarity to complexity, and connecting insight to action. Youll anticipate needs, guide teams, and create the safety and confidence that enable creative bravery.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, work experience, level of responsibility, education, location, and market data.
Three health plan options (two 100% employer-paid)
LOCATION
Seattle or Chicago Office Hybrid model with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays for employees in the Seattle and Chicago metro areas.
