Location : Spokane, WA | Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

We're looking for a Recruiting Specialist who naturally builds relationships and enjoys the process of uncovering talent, guiding candidates, and creating opportunity. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying top-tier professionals and connecting them with career-defining roles. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment with structured training and the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

Use our ATS, internal database, social media, job boards, referrals, and cold outreach to identify talent

Conduct discovery conversations to understand each candidate’s goals, motivations, and qualifications

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through consistent, thoughtful communication

Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle—from first contact to offer acceptance

Presentation & Delivery

Craft compelling candidate summaries and recruiting presentations for client submission

Develop clear, confident assessments that help clients make informed decisions

Create a positive and professional experience for every candidate you engage

Talent Development & Pipeline Building

Stay connected with passive talent and nurture relationships for future roles

Leverage networking to gain market insight, referrals, and new business opportunities

Continuously refine your sourcing strategy based on results and feedback

What You Bring

A naturally curious mindset and interest in what motivates people

Excellent listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Confidence to communicate with professionals at all levels

Strong time management, organization, and multitasking ability

Self-starter mentality with the drive to learn, grow, and adapt

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles preferred

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first approach

Activity & Production Goals

30+ outbound dials per day

10+ meaningful candidate conversations per day

2–4 qualified Candidate Data Sheets completed daily

1–2 candidate submissions per day on assigned job orders

Contribute to 2–3 placements per month (after Q1 ramp-up)
