We are currently looking for a Lead Project Manager 2 - Construction Management in United States.

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout. This role requires strong leadership to manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will be responsible for project planning, scope definition, cost and schedule management, risk assessment, and performance tracking, while guiding teams to deliver high-quality results. Accountabilities

Lead multi-discipline construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.

Coordinate with project leads, discipline heads, and subject matter experts across business units.

Manage client relationships, provide timely progress updates, and lead performance review meetings.

Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, incorporating change orders and updates as needed.

Develop project-specific management and commissioning / testing plans with clear acceptance criteria.

Supervise field teams and provide coaching and guidance to project staff.

Monitor construction and commissioning progress, cost, quality, scope, and safety, ensuring compliance with standards.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies; lead readiness and go / no-go reviews.

Oversee subcontractor and vendor execution, contract conformance, and support claims or dispute resolution.

Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project execution.
