Regional Nurse

A healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Nurse to oversee clinical operations across multiple facilities. This leadership role involves supporting local nursing teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a licensed nurse with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to travel between sites in Ohio and Florida.

Responsibilities Include :

• Provide regional oversight and clinical support across multiple locations
• Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations
• Monitor and improve quality of care and patient outcomes
• Train and mentor on-site nursing staff and supervisors
• Conduct audits and evaluations of nursing procedures and documentation
• Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical policies and performance goals
• Support new program implementation and standardization of best practices
