    • Job Summary

    This position will be 3-4 days managing and the rest of the shifts will be scheduled the position needed for that day. (Line cook, cashier, etc.)

  • Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips,  Pay will be based off of experience.

    • We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. You will open / close the store when needed. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience, that is also a Team Player!

  • Canidate must understand that this is a shift MANAGER position and will be in charge of the store / shift when GM and AGM is not present.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Will be responsible for finding coverage for call outs / staying in store until coverage arrives.
  • Has to be willing to pick up shifts if needed
  • Must be confident and comfortable leading interviews with potential canditates.
  • Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
  • Open / close the store
  • Count drawers / Safe at the end of shift
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
  • Cover the shifts of absent employees

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Open availability / available to work weekends
  • Previous food service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
