Vice President, Creator Health & Wellness

We are looking for a Vice President, Influencer to join our growing Digital Health and Wellness team. This role will sit in a fast-paced, high-energy setting within our ZDX team, focused on several Health + Wellness clients across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will help drive accounts via influencer engagement and lead teams of professionals to successfully conceptualize and execute influencer / creator marketing programs. Other responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting concepts, and developing strategies, budget management, research and contract negotiations, as well as delivering clear POVs on digital trends. While this role sits among our Digital and Creator experts, it will require work across integrated teams including health + wellness, paid amplification and analytics. This role will also be responsible for staffing, resourcing and overall H&W digital team leadership.

Responsibilities :

• The ideal candidate should have significant experience in influencer marketing programs and will be well versed in the fundamentals of influencer marketing including; concepting, negotiating, planning, management and reporting.
• Exhibit experience and comfort in health spaces, potentially including work on consumer wellness brands, pharmaceutical brands and nonprofit organizations.
• Manage multiple, concurrent influencer marketing campaigns, from one-off executions to long term, relationship-based programs with the support of a junior team.
• Contribute to the agency's new business pitch process, and continually mine for opportunities for organic growth on existing accounts.
• Serve as trusted advisor for a variety of clients and internal stakeholders as it pertains to emerging technologies, influencers and trends.
• Develop strong budgeting POVs and lead negotiations with influencers, talent and their agents to execute against budgeting parameters.
• Understand the intersection of influencer marketing with other disciplines in the digital space, including paid, and make strategic recommendations to clients based on this knowledge and expertise.
• Provide strong leadership and coaching to junior team members.
• Manage staffing grids and team allocations to balance workload, optimize utilization, and anticipate future resourcing needs.

Requirements :

$135,000 - $180,000 a year

Pay range : $135,000 to $180,000 / year USD. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
