Triage Nurse

Our Triage team is adding another full-time nurse with friendly phone skills to support our Providers by responding to patient inquiries regarding their medical care. This position will gather details about the patient’s situation, use clinical judgment skills to provide instruction and determine if the situation requires input from Clinical Leads & Coordinators for resolution. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Mon-Fri. 8a-5p.
