What Youll Be Doing (Spoiler : Not Just Drafting Memos)

• Handling a caseload of professional liability matters from initial investigation through resolution.
• Taking and defending depositions (yes youll get to do them!) Drafting real pleadings motions and briefs that end up in court not just on a partners desk
• Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
• Reviewing ESI interviewing witnesses
