The No Fault Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our incredible team!
The Human Resource Generalist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR Department by executing critical HR functions, including, but not limited to, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, performance evaluations, and policy implementation. This position acts as a vital link between employees and management, ensuring positive employee relations, adherence to federal and state regulations, and efficient use of HR systems and tools. FULLY BILINGUAL in ENGLISH and SPANISH.
