Leads Manager & Marketing Assistant

Our client is seeking a Leads Manager & Marketing Assistant for their growing digital marketing business. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the lead pipeline, ensuring seamless communication with all leads, and timely follow ups. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management :
- Own the tracking of all leads using Google Spreadsheets, CRMs, and other tracking tools we have in place
- Daily monitoring and updating of tracking sheets to ensure no leads fall through the cracks
- Communicate directly with leads, providing timely responses and follow-ups
- Update and maintain accurate records of all lead interactions across tracking systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and address lead inquiries promptly
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients ensuring sales are made on a regular basis
- Review calls and execute all call follow-ups per request, immediately after calls
- Send leads customized sales call follow up email including detailed offer summary, invoices on request, and call recordings.
Marketing Operations :
Leverage marketing software to support campaigns, track performance, and enhance lead management processes.Coordinate across teams to ensure all leads are managed appropriately.Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Manage automated communication sequences.
