JOB DETAILS :

  • Coverage Need : Monday to Friday, 8a-5p, with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
  • Start : As soon as credentialed (2-3wks to cred)
  • Schedule : Monday Friday 8a-5p
  • Cases : Outpatient, 21 patients / shift, 90% Adult / Geri.,10% adolescent / children (ages 5 & up), getting additional info. on census
  • Required Certifications : BC / BE FP / IM (must see ages 5 & up) MA License / MA DEA (both parts), not required but would prefer Suboxone cert.
  • Credentialing Time : 2-3 wks
