DISHER is currently partnering with a leading manufacturer of underwater pelletizers to find a Service Technician to add to their growing team! This person will be responsible for completing repairs and installations in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure equipment performance meets high-quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to travel troubleshoot complex systems and support cutting-edge manufacturing operations.

What you will get to do :

• Independent commissioning of new systems at our customers sites
• Train and provide advice to customers regarding system operation
• Work with customers to ensure trouble-free system operation
• Offer support to our customers with professional fault analysis and problem solving
• Filling out required documents needed for each assignment
• Establishment of lasting and cooperative customer relationships
• Promoting the companys services
• Optimization of process technology and support in continuous further development and improvement
• Performs other related duties as assigned
