Event Setup Technician I $ 20 .00 I 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM I Monday - Friday / 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM / Full-Time / Temporary

As an Event Setup Technician, you will play a crucial role in preparing and organizing event spaces to ensure everything is in place for a successful event. Your responsibilities will include erecting tents, setting up tables and chairs, and assembling the pipe and drape configurations needed to create trade show booths. Additionally, you will be tasked with hanging signs, placing decorations, and setting out materials such as program books to enhance the event experience.

Responsibilities :

Set up tents and / or tables and chairs to prepare event spaces.
Assemble pipe and drape configurations to create trade show booths.
Hang signs, place decorations, and set out materials such as program books.
Organize and arrange event elements to ensure a successful and seamless event experience.
Ensure the area assigned is maintained.

List Qualification or Requirements :

Access to Fort Moore is required.

20.00 an hour payrate

Temporary 4 day assignment only

Ability to stand for extended periods of up to 8 -10 hours.

Comfort with repetitive bending, stooping, and twisting.

Strength to lift up to 40 lbs from the floor to shoulder height without assistance.

The base pay range for this position is $40,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
