Eye Care for Animals in Gilbert, AZ is a fast-paced and exciting veterinary ophthalmology practice. We have a large clientele that we constantly meet or exceed their expectations. We have a team atmosphere and work together to accomplish practice goals and benchmarks.  The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks including greeting clients / patients, appointment scheduling, preparing medical records, answering and directing incoming phone calls, presenting and processing financial options, and processing and balancing financial payments. Strong customer service skills are crucial as the CSR is the initial contact for customers.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with  an hourly pay rate starting at $18-$21 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location .
