About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a 136-unit luxury apartment community in Phoenix. This is a stabilized community with strong potential, and we’re looking for a leader who can boost occupancy, elevate resident satisfaction, and optimize operations. What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
Lead, coach, and develop an engaged onsite team.
Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement.
Build strong relationships with residents to drive satisfaction, retention, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Implement targeted marketing and outreach strategies to increase occupancy.
Plan and coordinate resident events and community engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with P.B. Bell standards, Fair Housing laws, and all applicable regulations.
Negotiate vendor contracts, oversee vendor performance, and manage service quality.
Monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive market position.
Oversee maintenance operations, inventory management, and invoice processing.

What You Bring

3–5+ years of Community Manager experience in a high-volume, multifamily property.

Proven track record of improving occupancy and operational performance.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Yardi software experience preferred.
