Job Details

Position : Real Estate Attorney

• An Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Real Estate Lending / Lender-side experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience representing commercial banks making complex commercial loans. If you have experience handling affordable housing transactions, that is a PLUS!

Requirements :

1) Experience with complex commercial loans secured by real property (construction loans, and term debt)

2)AND / OR Experience with Affordable Housing Transactions, which includes :
