Job Description

The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the management of the full recruiting cycle; supporting the staffing goals across the enterprise. This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit and acquire a diversified talent team across all open positions

Manage and participate in the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding

Manage and implement a strong career fair schedule to build our brand with key colleges

Build effective working relationships with Blue KC leadership, outside vendors and professional organizations

Lead a team of recruiters; building out skills and competencies with team to source and hire the best talent with a strong customer service and brand mindset

Drive change and continuous improvement of the sourcing, recruitment and hiring process to enhance the recruitment, employment and hiring experience

Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws, regulation and company policies

Responsible for the management and reporting of all federal programs including H-1B, affirmative action and EEOC guidelines

Develop, analyze and report key recruiting performance metrics designed to measure and predict the success of the Talent Acquisition team

Other HR related projects and responsibilities as assigned
