About the Role

The Talent Team at Planet is charting a new course, and we're looking for a temporary Talent Partner to support our hiring efforts across EMEA. Your mission will be to identify and engage top talent that will shape Planet's future. You'll partner closely with department leaders and hiring managers to design and deliver a seamless, human-centered hiring process. As a first point of contact, you'll serve as a key ambassador of Planet's storyand it's a compelling one to tell. This is a full-time, remote position based in EMEA. If located near a Planet office, you are expected to work onsite 3 days per week. This role is expected to last 6 months.

Impact You'll Own

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment focused on EMEA, from role scoping through to offer stage.
• Build and present diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines while guiding candidates through every step of the process.
• Source, screen, cultivate, and close candidates with a balance of speed, quality, and care.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment, facilitate pre-interview briefings, and lead post-interview debriefs to drive objective decision-making.
• Leverage Planet's Talent Acquisition tools (including Greenhouse) to maintain accurate data and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
