Position Title : Machine Operator Position

Location : Fort Worth, Texas

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 3 PM -11 PM

Pay : $22-$ plus a $ shift differential

Job Type : Full-time

Summary : Responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining Flexo or Die Cutter converting machines in a corrugated packaging facility.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate converting machines
Ensure product quality
Perform equipment maintenance
Complete production reports
Train other operators
Adhere to safety policies

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED

Ability to read and follow instructions

Basic math skills

Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly, 100 lbs. occasionally

Stand, walk, and use hands frequently

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in corrugated industry

6 months experience as First Helper

6 months experience as a Load Former
