We support those receiving services through the Home and Community Based (HCBS) Long Term Services and Supports Medicaid Waivers. The Residential Program serves individuals in whichever setting is best suited to their needs, living independently, with family members, or in a state-qualified Host Home.

Compensation and Benefits :
- 63,000-$65,000 per year

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Reports to : Executive Director of Spectrum
Position Purpose : Supporting Spectrum clients' medical needs by providing admin services as a part of the nursing team.
Job Duties :
Review and file medical information turned in by community providers and make appropriate changes and communication to teamWork with agency pharmacy and providers on medication changes.Home visits to clients in residential settings to ensure compliance with medical services.Medical compliance for new client enrollments / client movesFollow up medical Incident Reports and concernsProvide tips and processes to team members for Durable Medical EquipmentOrder and oversee ordering of medical supplies for individual clients.Medication Administration Records (MAR) Management for all services areasCreate and update medical protocols for all services areas.Work with Program Managers on Human Rights Committee (HRC) Informed Consents for applicable medications and medical processesTeach CPR and QMap classes to staff and providersPossible delegations if RN deems appropriate, including initial and ongoing delegations (G-Tube, Suction, etc)Assist with medical appointments and follow up with providers and Program ManagersMaintain client medical filesAdditional duties as assignedJob Requirements
Current LPN license in the state of ColoradoA minimum of one year of experience working with the I / DD population is preferred but not requiredValid Driver’s license and proof of auto insuranceReliable transportation and willingness to travel in the Denver metro and surrounding areasAble to pass a criminal and CAPS background checkStrong administrative skills, computer-literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong writing skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with RNs, supervisor and other team members.Possess a coachable and positive attitudeDependable, excels in time-sensitive situations, meet deadlines, receptive to change, display a willingness to learn along with a cooperative approach to problem-solvingPhysical Requirements
