Description :

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Technical Writer develops and manages a variety of content, from manuals to developing training materials and product data sheets.

As a liaison between engineering and marketing, the person in this role will ensure product information is translated accurately both within the company and to our external audiences.

In broad terms, the ability to create highly detailed technical documentation and explain it clearly and concisely to less technical people is the key to success in this role.

Requirements :

Primary Responsibilities :

Content Development & Training

• Develop and present technical training presentations for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Create installation guides, quick-start guides and user manuals to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Create online "how-to" articles and maintain online learning platforms to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with technical support and field teams to develop training and educational materials.
