Role Summary
Run the SMB B2B cycle in Overland Park / KC Metro. Convert routed warm demand, add focused outreach, and manage discovery → proposal → close. Post-sale, drive early adoption to secure retention and referrals.

Your Role
Book and run high-quality meetings with owners / decision makers
Conduct discovery, build proposals, negotiate, and close efficiently
Maintain 3× pipeline coverage ; log activities and next steps same day
Coordinate clean activations; confirm early adoption checkpoints
Share weekly learnings to refine offers and territory strategy
What We’re Looking For
B2B sales track record (tech / telecom a plus); negotiation strength
KPI discipline; organized notes and follow-through
CRM proficiency; strong communication; adaptable and coachable
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation; Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
Commission-only with paid training + frequent performance bonuses. Typical OTE $50,000–$90,000+ based on territory and outcomes.
