Bobcat Operator (Recycling Center)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Bobcat and Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our recycling center team. This role requires strong equipment-handling skills, the ability to work safely in tight and narrow spaces, and previous outdoor / yard-work experience in a similar environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recycling facility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate Bobcat and sit-down forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maneuver equipment in narrow and confined areas throughout the yard.
• Load, move, and organize recyclable materials as directed.
• Assist with general yard operations, including outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily operations.
