The Emerging Leaders Program – Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands-on experience where you’ll embark on your path to leadership. This unique opportunity to become the leader you were meant to be, working on key assignments to develop fundamental and leadership skills in your first years at Mercy, accelerating your advancement into a leadership role.

Overview :

This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

The Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to grow and develop emerging leaders within Mercy’s healthcare system. As an RLA Associate, you’ll explore a variety of departments and functions, gaining exposure to key areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital / Clinics and Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, Artificial Intelligence, and more This unique opportunity allows you to build a strong foundation in leadership while discovering where your talents can make the greatest impact.

Qualifications :

Experience : Demonstrated leadership potential, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization. Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team-based projects is a plus.

Required Education : A bachelor’s degree must be completed between December 2025 and May 2026 to be eligible for the July 2026 program start.

Other : A passion for service, curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare, and a commitment to Mercy’s mission and values.
