Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
10+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably in an agency setting
Expertise in leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing senior talent
Strong track record in developing and selling high-level creative concepts
Deep understanding of nonprofit marketing and communications
Proven ability to balance creativity with performance, delivering impactful results
