Payroll Coordinator

To work as a coach operator payroll coordinator.

Job duties would include :

• Timesheet, Exceptions, Dues and other data entry
• Attendance Scheduling Forms (ASF) file creation
• Shared mailbox management of emails
• Printing, organizing and filing of timesheets and other items
• Scanning
• Payroll Transition Listing (PTL) / Union Business Work (UBW) and Paystub emailing
• Paystub sealing, applying postage, accounting for information and mailing
• Union billing and other preparation

Candidate should have Excel, Word, PDF and payroll experience.

Schedule is 40 hours / week. Monday thru Friday 9 : 30am - 5 : 00pm during training, ok to work 8 : 30am - 4 : 00pm after training.

Locattion : Everett

Duration : 3 to 6 months

Pay : $27.50 per hour
