Develop care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents. Administer medications and treatments efficiently to each resident. Consult with physicians and staff regarding care options and outcomes. Educate residents and their families on effective care practices. Set up and monitor medical equipment as necessary. Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies among staff. Collect samples (blood / urine) for laboratory analysis. Train and supervise nursing and support staff. Record medical interventions and patient histories accurately. Assist with staff incident investigations as required. Qualifications : Current Maryland state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) . Completion of an accredited nursing program. At least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or inpatient settings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
