Key Responsibilities Develop structural physical layout drawings in a 3-D model Design structural supports and foundations while troubleshooting design issues Utilize 3D modeling software to generate design schematics and coordinate design phases Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in drafting or equivalent technical experience Four or more years of detailed design experience in structural steel and reinforced concrete Proficiency with design software tools for 3D plant layout models Experience reviewing structural layout drawings including steel frames and foundations Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams across disciplines
