What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with campaign timelines, business priorities, and the unique needs of our dental audience.
  • Conduct regular content audits and gap analyses to refine strategy and identify opportunities across the funnel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, CS, Product, Leadership, and Brand) to uncover compelling messaging angles and storytelling opportunities

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write, edit, and produce a range of high-quality content : blog posts, landing pages, video scripts, podcast scripts, white papers, social posts, email sequences, infographics, and sales collateral.
  • Tailor messaging to key dental personas (hygienists, office managers, dentists), aligning with buyer stages and specific channel nuances.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and positioning across all assets and campaigns.
  • Leverage generative AI tools for ideation, drafting, and repurposing—maintaining authenticity and accuracy.
  • Partner with the Brand Lead to hand off content for design and provide messaging feedback for visual alignment
  • Publishing & Distribution

  • Partner with the Demand Generation Lead to distribute content through email marketing, automated journeys, paid campaigns, and organic channels
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, discoverability, and performance using best practices and current tools
  • Manage and continuously improve our internal SharePoint content library—ensuring Sales, CS, and other teams have fast, intuitive access to the latest and most relevant collateral
  • Sales & Customer Success Enablement

  • Develop sales and CS enablement materials such as one-pagers, case studies, email templates, and call scripts aligned to key stages of the buyer and customer lifecycle
  • Actively gather and incorporate feedback from frontline teams and product management to evolve and improve content effectiveness
  • Requirements : What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a variety of content types
  • Proven experience in content strategy development and execution, ideally in B2B or healthcare-focused marketing
  • Strong collaboration experience across Sales, Creative, Ops, and Demand Generation teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills—able to manage deadlines across multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency, audience engagement, and content driven innovation

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry.
