Paragon Fleet Maintenance Group is currently seeking a Tire Technician. This role is designed for those who love physical labor work and a path to multiple technician positions in the transportation maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform services on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs and replacement
• Mount and dismount tires and wheels
• Inspect tire casings for defects, such as holes or tears, and patch or replace as needed
• Close out and complete repair orders
• Identify and properly tag all turned-in pieces of equipment
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and safety requirements
• Maintain an organized and neat shop / storage area
