Job Description

The Superintendent is responsible for :

• Overseeing & managing large projects from start through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Developing and leading high performing teams providing administrative & technical support by directing the team
• Ensuring high-quality, safe, and clean work that meets projects schedules and budgets
• Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parties
• Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
• Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
• Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Upholding company image / professionalism
