What You'll Do

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, maintain and update candidate databases
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, assist in maintaining HR documentation and records
• Ensuring a top-notch candidate experience, right from the initial introduction to onboarding
• Creating and maintaining a well-stocked pool of high-quality candidates through diverse methods, including networking within the community and various other sources, to maintain contact with potential candidates who may qualify for future positions
• Being an authentic Talent Partner to your respective stakeholders, not just carrying out tasks but also providing guidance, advice, and coaching. Fulfilling a workforce / headcount plan
• Collaborating with recruitment vendors responsible for sourcing potential candidates for job openings
• Overseeing the candidate funnel, managing hiring data and presenting hiring reports & dashboards to the team and stakeholders regularly
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc activities as required
