Associate's degree in medical assisting One (1) or more years of experience in administrative assisting role One (1) or more years of experience in Occupational Medicine

What Are We Looking For?
Novant Health Urgent Care is currently looking for an Occupational Medicine Support Specialist to join our team. The Occupational Medicine Administrative Assistant oversees all incoming occupational medicine-related phone calls, creating workers' compensation case files, obtaining previous treatment records, and scheduling Director of Occupational Medicine Director and Clinical Orthopedist appointments. Communicates with workers' compensation adjusters of appointments and referrals. The administrative assistant acts as a liaison for employers and Novant Health Urgent Cares medical providers.
