About the Role
As a TCSM at iPoint, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to some of our largest U.S.-based customers. You'll work closely with technical stakeholders to help them design, scale, and optimize their use of the iPoint platform - addressing challenges across architecture, performance, scalability, security, and more. You’ll combine technical expertise, strong communication, and strategic account leadership to deliver long-term success and build lasting customer trust.
