• Hours : Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm; No nights, weekends, or on call
• Employed
• Average Patients seen : 40-50 injections per day Dedicated mid-level, a NP or PA who performs all pre-screenings
• Call Schedule : No nights, weekends, or on call
• Compensation : $125 / hr plus medical malpractice insurance
