Job Description

The Site Survey Engineeris responsible forconducting detailed site assessments to support engineering and construction projects. This role involves collecting and analyzing data related to topography, infrastructure,buildingstructureandutilities to ensureaccurateplanning and execution of projects. The engineer will collaborate with project managers, design teams,building owners orrepresentativesand field personnel to deliver precise and actionable survey results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform on-site surveys using GPS,pictures,videosand otherapplicableequipmentandapplications
• Initiating and managing negotiations with building or private property stakeholders to secure entrance rights
• Collect and analyze data to support design and construction planning,to includeinbuildingdetailsand facilityentrance
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using CADandorGIS software
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements
• Identifypotential site constraints and provide recommendations for mitigation
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land use and constructionas well as NESC compliance on pole attachments
• Maintainaccuraterecords of survey data and project documentation
• Assistin the development of site layouts and utility plans
